If something feels off in AllCheck, sending a few concrete details will make it much easier to help quickly.
Before Contacting Support
- App version and build number
- Device model and iOS version
- The checklist you opened
- Whether the problem happened during onboarding, editing, or a normal checklist run
- Whether reset behavior was set to Automatic, Shake, or Long press
Screenshots or a short screen recording are especially helpful because checklist data stays on the device.
Known Behaviors
- Motion access is optional and only used for shake-to-reset on supported iPhones.
- The visible reset icon always remains available on the run screen.
- Sharing is only available from the run screen overflow menu.
