If something feels off in AllCheck, sending a few concrete details will make it much easier to help quickly.

Before Contacting Support

  • App version and build number
  • Device model and iOS version
  • The checklist you opened
  • Whether the problem happened during onboarding, editing, or a normal checklist run
  • Whether reset behavior was set to Automatic, Shake, or Long press

Screenshots or a short screen recording are especially helpful because checklist data stays on the device.

Known Behaviors

  • Motion access is optional and only used for shake-to-reset on supported iPhones.
  • The visible reset icon always remains available on the run screen.
  • Sharing is only available from the run screen overflow menu.
