ProTime is designed with a fundamental belief: your time and your data belong to you. We are a "local-first" application, meaning your data is stored primarily on your device.
All time entries, project details, and preferences are stored locally on your device in a private database. We (the developers of ProTime) do not have access to your data. We do not sell, trade, or analyze your personal usage habits.
If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization (CloudKit), your data is encrypted and transferred securely to your personal iCloud storage container. This process is managed entirely by Apple’s system services.
ProTime does not contain third-party analytics SDKs (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Facebook Pixel). We do not track your behavior, tap history, or location.
When you export your data (e.g., to CSV), the file is generated locally. You explicitly choose where to share or save this file. ProTime does not automatically upload your exports to any external server.
